We launched Partners in Performance (PinP) in 1997 offering customized total compensation consulting to help clients succeed. What that really means is that we thought about how to best use our combined 60+ years of experience in total compensation to help organizations think strategically when making decisions—and decided we could do it better than big consulting firms.

How We’re Different: Although our roots are in the large organizations of the consulting world, our model is quite different. After we get to know you and work together to determine the best solution to your problem, we reach out to our network of independent consulting firms who are the best in their areas of expertise and build a project team specifically for you—you don’t pay for services you don’t need, you don’t pay for us to get to know you or return a phone call and your project will never be passed off to junior associates.
